Samira Pingali

Science Partnerships Lead at Hopelab

Samira Pingali is currently the Science Partnerships Lead at Hopelab. Samira has previously worked as the Director Of Behavioral Health at the Community Health Center Network from June 2017 to May 2022. Prior to that, they were a Policy Intern for the Bureau of Alcohol and Drug Use Prevention at the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene from September 2016 to June 2017. From June 2016 to August 2016, Samira Pingali was a Margaret E. Mahoney Fellow at The New York Academy of Medicine. Her first job was as a Clinical Research Assistant at McLean Hospital, where they worked from June 2012 to June 2015.

Samira Pingali has a Master of Public Health (MPH) from Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health, a Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Tufts University, and a High School diploma in International Baccalaureate (IB) from St. George's British International School of Rome, Italy. Samira also has a certification from the Center for Care Innovations in Innovation Catalyst: Human-Centered Design & Innovation for the Safety Net.
