Lee Thomas Wragg

Lee Thomas Wragg is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management, diversity and inclusion (D&I), and social value initiatives. Currently serving as Senior Operations Manager at Aviva and Founder & Chief Executive Officer at Changing Hearts & Minds Consulting Ltd, Lee's work focuses on advocating for LGBTQIA+ rights and societal change. Previous roles include Head of Social Value Relationships and ED&I Partner at Change Please, Director of EDI Services at Radical Recruit, and UK Resourcing Manager at Deutsche Bank, among others. Lee holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Leeds Beckett University and a diploma in Life Coaching from Oxford College.
