Robert Ogilvie

Robert Ogilvie is the Head of Data at Aviva since June 2022, bringing extensive experience from previous roles, including Data Director at The AA from December 2016 to November 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing a team of over 120 data professionals and managing a budget of circa £10m for project delivery and £1m for operations. Previous positions include Senior Analytics Manager at HSBC, leading multiple analytics teams and managing customer redress programs, and various roles at the Royal Bank of Scotland focused on marketing analytics and customer communication. Robert Ogilvie holds a MA in Mathematics from the University of Cambridge and an MSc in Operational Research from The University of Edinburgh.
