Helen Cross-Fancy is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently, Helen serves as the Marketing Manager for Avlon, overseeing marketing initiatives for Avlon Europe. Helen is the founder of HCF Marketing, demonstrating a commercially driven approach and a focus on delivering results. Previous positions include Marketing Manager at Biotiful Gut Health and Head of International Marketing at Mibelle Group, where Helen successfully launched key brands into the US market. Helen's career also features significant roles at Pfizer, Coty Beauty, Alberto Culver, and Procter & Gamble, primarily focusing on brand and product management.
