Daisy Avila Romero

Daisy Avila Romero has three years of work experience. From 2019 to present, they have been working as a Program Manager Assistant at AVMAC LLC, where they provide high-level customer service and ensures compliance to all company rules and regulations. Daisy also develops and maintains relationships with management and supervisors to resolve employee issues, concerns and grievances as per existing company policies. From 2014 to 2019, they worked for the United States Marine Corps as an Aviation Maintenance Data Specialist, Supervisor, Training Representative and Sergeant. During this time, they were responsible for exceptional attention to detail and organization skills vital to the generation and completion of correspondence and personnel action items for the maintenance personnel. Daisy also managed the area, including greeting visitors and responding to telephone and in-person requests for information or regarding issues, as well as scheduling and verifying appointments and meetings of personnel. From 2013 to 2014, they worked at CTown Supermarkets as a Costumer Service, where they effectively completed procedures involving receiving, marking, and checking in merchandise. Daisy was also responsible for handling transactions fast and accurately, as well as greeting customers and determining their specific needs by following up and generating repeat business by encouraging customers to return.

Daisy Avila Romero is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Forensic Psychology at Liberty University. Prior to this, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with a minor in Pre-Law from National University in 2020-2021. Before that, they obtained an Associate of Science in Administration of Justice- Law Enforcement from San Diego Miramar College in 2015-2018. Daisy also attended University at Albany, SUNY in 2014 and has a UG Arts & Sciences. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as OSHA- 30 Hr. Safety Course from OSHA Safety Training Institute in 2019, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) and Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from NAE CPI in 2018, and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (ICYB) from NAE CPI in 2018.
