Claudia Reilly

Claudia Reilly serves as the Americas Director of Human Resources at Avnet, leading the HR Shared Service Center for the Americas since March 2019. With a career at Avnet spanning over two decades, Claudia has held various key positions, including Director of HR Service Delivery Centers, where responsibilities included launching the Global HR Service Delivery Center and implementing the ServiceNow HR platform. Claudia also led talent acquisition for the US, Canada, and Latin America and has been instrumental in developing and managing global talent development initiatives. Prior experience includes working as a Legal Recruiter at Sidley & Austin and various HR roles within Avnet. Claudia holds a Bachelor's degree in English from the University of Southern California.
