Tate Fleming

Tate Fleming is a Technical Fellow at AVNIK Defense Solutions, Inc., since August 2022, responsible for technical leadership and project management across various initiatives. Previously, Tate served as a Data Scientist, focusing on military system modeling and simulation, full-stack development, cloud DevOps, and AI/ML applications. Prior roles include Software Analyst at Aviation and Missile Solutions, where responsibilities expanded from earlier work at Dynetics, where Tate analyzed performance for a future US Army missile defense system. Tate's academic background includes a Master of Science in Engineering Physics and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Physics from Appalachian State University, along with experience as a Graduate Assistant and Research Assistant leading to nine coauthored publications on graphene devices.
