Carmen Chan

Carmen Chan is a Forward Deployed Engineer at Avoca since January 2025, with a strong background in technology and finance. Previously, Carmen worked as an Inspirit AI Instructor from January 2021 to March 2025, specializing in Python programming. Carmen has also served as a Customer Success Manager at Doppel and a Quantitative Strategist at Morgan Stanley, where responsibilities included product management in the Global Sales Strats desk within the Fixed Income Quantitative Finance Department. Additionally, Carmen led content efforts as the HODP Admin Board Content Lead at the Harvard College Open Data Project, focusing on product management and Python programming. Academically, Carmen is pursuing a Master of Science in Finance and Financial Management Services at the Zicklin School of Business after earning a Bachelor of Arts in Data Science and Economics from Wellesley College.
