Hilary Dennehy

Hilary Dennehy has a diverse work experience background. Hilary started their career as an intern in the United States Congress under William D. Delahunt in 2007. Subsequently, they worked as a paralegal at Nestle Oceania in 2009. In 2010, they joined A&L Goodbody as a Trainee Solicitor, and later became a Solicitor there from 2013 to 2014. Hilary then served as a Legal Secondee at Deutsche Bank from 2011 to 2012. In 2014, they joined Watson, Farley & Williams as an Associate, and then moved on to Clifford Chance as an Associate from 2015 to 2016 and later became a Senior Associate from 2016 to 2017. Their most recent role was at Avolon, where they worked as a Transaction Counsel from 2017 to 2020, then as a Senior Transaction Counsel from 2020 to 2023, and currently holds the position of Head of Transaction Legal - Americas as of 2023.

Hilary Dennehy's education history begins in 1999 when they attended St. Brendan's Community School in Birr.
