Marc Godayol

Marc Godayol is an experienced Group M&A Specialist at Avolta, effective June 2024, leading end-to-end M&A projects with a focus on financial analyses, due diligence, and negotiations. Previously, Marc served as a Strategy & M&A Senior Analyst at Amcor from 2021 to May 2024, supporting the strategic planning process and providing data-driven recommendations. Prior to that, Marc worked at Nestlé as a Strategy & M&A Analyst, contributing to international auditing initiatives and competitive intelligence analysis within the fast-changing food and beverage industry. Educational background includes a degree from Università Bocconi and a high school diploma from Brillantmont International School.
