Mark Stagi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and management across various technology companies. Currently serving as the VP of Customer Success at Avoma since February 2022, Mark leads post-sales functions including implementation, expansion, renewals, and support. Previously, as a Growth Coach at Catalyst Software, Mark mentored Customer Success leaders, helping them advance to executive positions. Mark's previous roles include Vice President of Customer Success at AppZen, where client engagement dramatically increased from 18 to over 1800 global enterprise companies, and Director of Customer Success at Base CRM, managing several key revenue teams. In earlier roles, Mark also demonstrated leadership as Director of Customer Services & Training at Hightail and as a co-founder of AppEzzy, a mobile software company. With a BA in Art from San Jose State University, Mark also founded Stagi Imagery, a successful photography business.
