Zoe Almond

Zoe Almond has over a decade of experience in communications, currently serving as a Senior Communications Officer (Legitimacy) with Avon and Somerset Police since November 2012. In this role, Zoe supports initiatives to address disproportionality and enhance community trust in policing, providing strategic communication support for various organizational efforts, including the Violence Against Women and Girls strategy and the National Police Race Action Plan. Prior to this position, Zoe worked as a Communications Officer at Avon and Somerset Constabulary, focusing on media relations and community engagement. Earlier experience includes serving as a Researcher and Assistant Producer at RDF Television, contributing to well-known television programs. Zoe holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Broadcasting from the University of Leeds and A Levels in History, English Literature, Chemistry, and General Studies from High Pavement Sixth Form College.
