Hayley Snowball Couldrey has extensive experience in talent acquisition and leadership development across various organizations. Currently serving as the Global Learning & Leadership Development (Maternity cover) for Avon International, Hayley has held significant roles including Head of Talent at Natura &Co Holding Co and Group Talent Acquisition & Talent Management Lead. Previously, Hayley worked as the Global Senior Talent Search Manager and Employer Brand Lead at Bacardi, and as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at both Tarsh Partnership and Nigel Wright Consultancy. Hayley holds a Bachelor of Social Science (Hons) in Marketing from university and has also gained coaching qualifications from In Good Company Coaching.
