Lynne-Courtney Hodges

Lynne-Courtney Hodges has a background in Human Resources, starting as an HR Associate at The Enterprise Center in 2005 and progressing to roles such as HR Coordinator at Thornton Tomasetti and Human Resources Generalist at Havas Worldwide. With a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, Lynne-Courtney then went on to work at SL Green Realty Corp. as Vice President of Human Resources and later as an HR Manager. Following this, Lynne-Courtney held the position of Head of Talent at Kivvit before the company merged and rebranded as Avōq, where Lynne-Courtney now serves as the Head of Talent.
