Dave Bender

Dave Bender has a diverse work experience in the aerospace and defense industry. Dave served as the President of AvtechTyee since 2018, and as a Senior Advisor for the aerospace division at Cascadia Capital from 2013 to 2018. Dave also held leadership positions at Arrowhead Products, JADA Consulting Inc., Crane Aerospace & Electronics, GenCorp, and Aerojet, where they were responsible for various aspects of the business, including P&L management, strategic planning, and operations. Their expertise includes corporate turnaround, program management, M&A, market analysis, and business development.

Dave Bender obtained a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, Long Beach, between 1978 and 1983. Dave later pursued an MA in Management from the Drucker School of Management from 1994 to 1996, focusing on Business Administration, Management, and Operations.
