Bronson Dameron has a diverse work experience that spans over several companies. Bronson currently holds the position of Director of Content at Awardco, starting in September 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as a Sr. Content Manager at Awardco from December 2021 to September 2022, and as a Content Manager from May 2019 to December 2021.
Before joining Awardco, Bronson worked at Turf, Inc. as a Product Marketing Manager from May 2018 to December 2019. In this role, they were responsible for wire framing, mockups, UX design, product marketing, and community outreach. Bronson also played a key role in creating a style guide and managing developers and interns using agile methodologies.
Bronson also worked at MasterControl in various positions. From October 2018 to May 2019, they served as a Customer Marketing Project Manager, where they marketed MasterControl solutions to existing customers and new industry verticals. Bronson also managed the recurring content calendar and all communications to customers, as well as organized team efforts for a successful rebrand. Prior to this role, from April 2018 to October 2018, they worked as a Customer Marketing and Partner Association Specialist, where they increased customer advocacy and managed the advocacy program and website.
Earlier in their career, Bronson held multiple roles at Nu Skin Enterprises. Bronson served as a Project Manager from January 2015 to July 2016, managing the Buy 3 project and collaborating with other departments. Bronson also worked as an Account Executive (Mandarin/English) from April 2014 to July 2016, providing business consultation and resolving issues for approximately 100 executives. Additionally, they worked as a Marketing Copywriter from October 2014 to June 2015, creating digital content and managing a customer recognition program. Lastly, they served as a Sales Development Lead (Mandarin/English) from January 2008 to March 2014, supporting worldwide accounts and assisting with global events.
Bronson's earliest work experience was with The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, where they worked as an Operations Manager for the Taiwan Taipei mission from December 2006 to May 2007. In this role, they oversaw operational functions, managed relationships with landlords, and improved the efficiency of the referral system.
Bronson Dameron completed their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Behavioral Science from Utah Valley University, where they studied from 2008 to 2013. Bronson then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Marketing/Marketing Management, General, at Woodbury School of Business from 2016 to 2017. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Figma for UX Design, Learning JIRA Software, UX Foundations: Prototyping, Wireframing for Product Managers, and Learning Asana certifications in 2018 from LinkedIn. Additionally, they obtained The Cultural Transition Process Certification from Partners In Leadership in November 2016.
