Ben Faunce

Ben Faunce has over 14 years of experience in the software testing industry. Ben currently works as a Business Test Lead at Aware Super, where they are responsible for coordinating User Acceptance Testing and ensuring compliance with regulatory changes. Prior to this, Ben served as a QA Lead at Westpac, where they led a team of 12 QA analysts and oversaw the testing phases of the banks Customer Lifecycle Management program. Ben has also held QA Lead positions at Commonwealth Bank and ANZ, where they managed test planning, execution, and reporting for various programs. Ben's expertise includes coordinating test planning and execution, creating automation regression packs, and overseeing UAT for project delivery. Ben has a strong background in financial industry projects and has experience working with regulatory reporting and foreign exchange platforms. Additionally, Ben has worked as a Senior Test Analyst at MYOB, OnePath (ING), and Towers Watson, contributing to integration testing and system test scenario creation.

Ben Faunce attended Model Farms High School and received their Higher School Certificate in 1997. Afterward, they enrolled at the Northern Sydney Institute of TAFE from 1998 to 1999, where they pursued a Diploma in Information Technology with a specialization in Analyst/Programmer.
