Justine Gorman, CFA, GAICD has extensive work experience in the financial and risk management industry. Justine is currently serving as the Head of Enterprise Risk Management at Aware Super since October 2021. Prior to this, Justine held the position of Head of Risk, Superannuation, Retirement & Platforms at AMP from August 2020 to September 2021.

Before joining AMP, they worked at National Australia Bank as the Head of Risk, Wealth Transformation Program from April 2017 to August 2020. In 2016, Justine ventured into entrepreneurship and founded B2B Business Development. Prior to that, they served as Principal Advisor, Policy Development (Superannuation Regulatory Reform) at APRA from August 2013 to December 2015.

Justine started their career at PwC UK as a Senior Investment Consultant from April 2002 to September 2006 and KPMG UK as an Investment Consultant from October 1998 to March 2002.

With over 25 years of experience, Justine has proven herself as a capable and knowledgeable professional in the finance industry. Justine also worked at AMP as a Manager, Corporate Superannuation from July 1996 to February 1998.
