Josephine Waldhart

Josephine Waldhart has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Josephine currently works at Aware Super as the Head of Enterprise, Delivery & Transformation, a position they have held since May 2023. Prior to this, they were the Head of Business Readiness at Aware Super from June 2021 to May 2023.

Before joining Aware Super, Josephine worked at NAB (National Australia Bank) for several years. Josephine'sroles at NAB include Head of Experience Customer Establishment KYC from September 2020 to May 2021, Head Home Lending Experience from September 2019 to September 2020, Head of Home Lending Delivery & Support from July 2018 to September 2019, Senior Manager - Home Lending Portfolio, Delivery & Support from May 2018 to September 2019, Organisational Readiness Lead - NPP from January 2016 to May 2018, and Business Lead - CCR programme from March 2015 to February 2016.

Josephine also took a maternity leave from July 2014 to February 2015.

Prior to their time at NAB, Josephine worked as a Portfolio Manager - Personal Bank at National Australia Bank from January 2013 to December 2014. Josephine also gained experience at Lloyds Banking Group as a Programme Manager - SOX Integration from February 2009 to June 2011, at Barclays as a Business Project Manager from March 2007 to October 2009, and at Accenture as a Manager from 2001 to 2008.

Josephine Waldhart attended Monash University from 1997 to 2001, where they pursued a degree in Business Systems.
