Lisa Buckley

Lisa Buckley has a diverse range of work experience. Lisa currently works as a Resource Planner and Business Analyst at Away Resorts Ltd since July 2020. Prior to that, from November 2019 to July 2020, they worked as a Personal Assistant at Maple Cleaning Services. From August 2018 to November 2019, they served as a Productivity and Digital Systems Coordinator at The Hospice of St Francis, Berkhamsted. Lisa also had a long tenure at Haven Holidays, starting as a Holiday Sales Advisor in December 2006 and working their way up to become a Holiday Sales Team Leader from January 2010 to September 2014. Lisa then transitioned to working as a Resource Planner at Haven Holidays from September 2014 to November 2019, where they were responsible for forecasting and resource planning for a multi-channel contact centre. Lisa also served as a resource planning champion for the other contact centres within the Bourne Leisure umbrella, providing support and training when needed. In their roles at Haven Holidays, Lisa demonstrated their ability to achieve set KPIs, coach and develop teams, and improve the guest journey.
