Joe DeGeare

Joe DeGeare has extensive work experience in the oil and gas industry. Joe currently serves as the CEO of AWC Frac Technology, a position they have held since January 2019. Prior to this, Joe was a Member of C12 Greater Houston since June 2018.

From September 2015 to December 2018, Joe was the President of Energy Fishing and Rental, Inc. Before that, they worked at NCS Multistage, where they held multiple positions. Joe served as the President U.S. from May 2015 to September 2015, the VP of Sales & Operations from May 2013 to May 2015, and the Director of Business Development from May 2012 to May 2013.

Joe also held the position of VP of Business Development at Archer - the Well Company from April 2011 to May 2012, and North America Sales Manager at Archer - the Well Company from February 2010 to August 2010.

In their early career, Joe worked at Baker Hughes as an Area Manager from 1991 to 2009. Prior to that, they were in a sales role at Homco International (Weatherford) from November 1978 to November 1991.

Joe DeGeare obtained a Certificate of global leadership from Thunderbird School of Global Management in 2007. Additionally, they pursued studies in management, although specific details such as the duration and completion of this program are not provided.
