Roz Bale

Roz Bale is an accomplished Learning and Development Consultant with extensive experience at prominent companies such as Marks and Spencer and AWE. Within Marks and Spencer, Roz held various roles including Learning and Development Consultant for Foods, a secondment as Learning and Development Project Manager, and involvement in E-commerce Re-platforming initiatives. Additionally, Roz has worked as a Consultant at Travellersxpress and served as Team Administrator and Learning and Events Coordinator at Marks and Spencer. Roz holds an Associate membership from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and a degree from the University of Gloucestershire, completed in 2006.
