Ruth Tucker is currently an Assistant Manager in Training at AWE, where responsibilities include reducing time to competency through role analysis and innovative training pathways while consulting with key stakeholders. Previously, as the Cabin Crew Training Manager at Thales, Ruth managed the training department and led the installation of practical training facilities. At British Airways, the role of Customer Service Manager involved both flying and ground fleet management, focusing on empowering crew through coaching. Earlier experience with Gulf Air included roles as Cabin Crew Training Instructor, Recruitment Coordinator and Assessor, and Cabin Service Manager, where Ruth developed training programs and oversaw in-flight service standards. Ruth is pursuing CIPD Level 5 qualifications in Learning and Development between 2022 and 2024.
