Faizal Husaini then worked as an Assistant Muay-Thai Coach and Practitioner at Suphanahong Muay-Thai Gym, Singapore. In 2011, they became a Freelance Personal Trainer and ACE Fitness Professional at Sports and Wellness Pte Ltd. In 2012, Faizal Husaini R. worked as a Fitness Manager and Spa Duty Manager (Training Coordinator) at ESPA at Resorts World Sentosa. Faizal Husaini then moved on to become the General Manager at Anytime Fitness @NEX, @HillV2 and @Northpoint-City in 2014. In 2018, Faizal Husaini R. worked as a Consultant for Strategic Sales and Operations at The Loft Gym, and then as the Country Director for Fitness and Operations at UFC GYM SINGAPORE. In 2021, they became the Business Operations Manager at The Gym Pod, and in 2022 they are the Head of Sales Strategy and Operations at Awebstar Technologies Pte Ltd.
