Pawel Skroban

Pawel Skroban is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in leading development teams and driving technical solutions. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer at Awell since April 2024, Pawel previously held the position of Engineering Manager and Tech Lead at Zencargo from October 2017 to April 2024, where leadership involved guiding a team of up to 10 engineers. Earlier roles include Senior Developer at Stockflare, where Pawel developed a React-based web application for stock data, and Software Developer at companies such as kreuzwerker Polska and HolidayCheck AG, focusing on both frontend and backend development. Pawel holds a Master of Engineering in Computer Programming and a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Poznan University of Technology.
