Pablo de Castro

Pablo de Castro is an experienced technology leader currently serving as CTO at awen since March 2024. Previously, at Reforestum, Pablo worked as a Technical Advisor and Contractor, as well as Technical Product Manager and Lead Architect, where responsibilities included leading product development during a major pivot and deploying product iterations. At Treelogic from September 2019 to January 2022, Pablo held the position of Head of Machine Learning Engineering, overseeing technical projects and mentoring team members, alongside serving as a Senior Data Scientist. Early career roles included positions as an MSCA Early Stage Researcher at INFN and various internships at prestigious institutions such as CERN and Brown University. Pablo holds a PhD in Physics from Università degli Studi di Padova and has a strong foundation in machine learning, data science, and engineering, contributing to a range of projects and collaborations in high-energy physics and commercial applications.
