Dan Brady

Dan Brady currently serves as the Director of Customer Success at Awesome CX since July 2023. Prior to this role, Dan was a Customer Success Manager at Pura Vida Bracelets from September 2020 to July 2023. Dan also held various positions at Smashtech, including Customer Care Team Lead, Senior Customer Care Specialist, and Customer Care Specialist from September 2016 to September 2020. Earlier experience includes working as an Account Director at allegiance. from January 2016 to August 2016 and as a Graduate Student Assistant at Westfield State University from August 2014 to December 2015. Dan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Westfield State University in 2014 and studied at the Universitat de Barcelona in 2013. Dan's educational background also includes attendance at Minnechaug Regional from 2006 to 2010.
