Jeff Thompson

Jeff Thompson has a strong background in operations and continuous improvement. Jeff is currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Operations at AWH. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Manufacturing at PharmaCann Inc. In 2016, Jeff was recruited into US Foods as the Vice President of Continuous Improvement, where they built and led a center of excellence to transform warehouse and functional operations and reduce costs. Before that, they held the role of Vice President of Global Productivity and Lean Six Sigma at Univar, where they built a continuous improvement culture and established financial discipline. Jeff also has experience in leading enterprise excellence and integration projects at Ecolab as the Global Deployment Leader. Earlier in their career, they held various leadership positions at Nalco Chemical Company, including Director of Business Strategy and Optimization. Jeff's accomplishments include driving sustainable cost reductions, creating certification processes for emerging leaders, and implementing process improvement initiatives.

Jeff Thompson earned an M.S. in Applied Probability and Statistics from Northern Illinois University in the years 1988-1990. Jeff also obtained a B.S. in Mathematics and Economics from the same university from 1984-1988. Additionally, Jeff obtained an M.B.A. in Marketing from Aurora University between 2000-2002. Jeff holds certifications in Black Belt from SixSigma.us through Texas Tech University and Master Black Belt from Ecolab.
