Justin Graves has worked in the IT field since 2005. Justin began their career as an IT Technician at Network and Computer Solutions. In 2007, they moved to Mariners Church as an IT Help Desk Manager, where they established and administered guidelines and goals for the Help Desk department, managed contractors and consultants, and ensured the resolution of help desk tickets in a timely manner. In 2009, they were promoted to IT Project Manager at Ensign Services, where they supported over 28K end-users in 13 states and 250 locations. In 2015, they were promoted to IT Manager at Cornerstone Service Center, Inc., where they hired, trained, and led a team of up to 10 distributed technical staff members in the daily operations of the IT department. In 2019, they joined AWM as VP Edge Infrastructure, Security, & IT Operations, and IT Director, where they oversaw the client-facing technical support department and internal IT needs, including developing processes, procedures, and best practices to ensure effective technical workflows and that the needs of staff and customer are met.

Justin Graves obtained an Associates degree in Computer Science from Orange Coast College. Justin then attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 1998 to 2000, where they obtained a degree in Nutrition and Spanish. In 2000, they attended California State University, Fresno, where they studied Spanish. In 2019, they obtained certifications from Lynda.com for Microsoft Project 2019 and Project Online Desktop Essential Training, from the Project Management Institute for Project Management Professional (PMP), from the Scrum Alliance for Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), and from AXELOS Professional Developement Program for ITIL 4 Foundation CPD.
