Doug Behn

Doug Behn has over two decades of work experience in accounting and finance. Doug currently holds the position of Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller at Area Wide Protective (AWP), where they oversee and leads various financial activities for the company and its subsidiaries. Prior to AWP, they served as the Vice President, Controller at Tradesmen International, where they were responsible for financial reporting, tax, and payroll functions. Doug also worked as an Engagement Director at CLA Consulting and Accounting Solutions, assisting Babcock & Wilcox Enterprises with SEC filings and accounting standard implementation. Earlier in their career, they held executive roles at The Timken Company, directing global accounting and external reporting, and at Deloitte & Touche LLP, where they served as an Audit Senior Manager. Doug Behn began their career as a Staff Accountant at Arthur Andersen LLP before joining Ernst & Young LLP as a Senior Accountant. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, SEC filings, and cost control.

Doug Behn completed their education at The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business. In 2000, they earned a Master of Accounting degree with a focus on Accounting. Prior to that, from 1996 to 2000, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree also in Accounting from the same institution. Doug holds the CPA certification from the Accountancy Board of Ohio.
