Federico Cassoli

Federico Cassoli has a long and varied work experience. Federico began their career in 2001 as a Consultant at Altran - Ekar, where they were a senior consultant and project manager of IT projects. Federico then moved to Eurobrands ARconsulting in 2003 as a Senior Consultant. In 2008, they joined Columbus IT as a Senior Consultant, Solution Architect, and Project Manager. In 2010, they began working as a Manager at Residenza Universitaria Torrescalla. In 2013, they joined MHT SRL as an Operation Manager, Division Microsoft Dynamics HR, Solution Architect, and Project Manager. Federico had extensive experience on Supply Chain Management, Business Process Reengineering, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) projects in various industries. In 2019, they were hired as an Innovation Director at AX for Pharma. Most recently, in 2020, they became a Coach at Residenza universitaria Castelbarco.

Federico Cassoli has a diverse educational background. Federico obtained an MBA in Economics from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna between 2004 and 2006. Prior to that, they earned a Master in Embedded System Design from USI Università della Svizzera italiana in 2000 and 2001. Federico also attended Politecnico di Milano from 1995 to 2000, where they obtained a Degree in Electronic Engineering. Additionally, they attended Residenze Universitarie Internazionali RUI from 1995 to 2000. Federico has also obtained various certifications from Coursera, including Machine Learning in 2016, Game Theory II: Advanced Applications in 2015, Game Theory in 2014, Inspiring Leadership through Emotional Intelligence in 2014, Managing Fashion and Luxury Companies in 2014, Introduction to Communication Science in 2014, and Model Thinking in 2014.
