With a background in various roles including Provider Network Manager, Offshore Relationship Manager, and Senior Team Manager in claim management, Shaun has a proven track record of proactive problem-solving and enhancing service levels. Prior to this, Shaun worked as a Personal Advisor at AXA PPP healthcare, supporting corporate partnership members in the UK with their medical policies.
