Juan Guillermo Zuloaga Lozada

Juan Guillermo Zuloaga Lozada is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the insurance and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Health and Workers Compensation LOB at AXA COLPATRIA since November 2007, Zuloaga Lozada oversees a business line generating approximately 1.5 billion COP and leads a team of over 1,000 professionals. Previous roles include Executive Vice President and COO at AXA COLPATRIA, where Zuloaga Lozada demonstrated significant leadership in operations, customer service, and crisis management during the pandemic. Prior to this, Zuloaga Lozada held senior positions at Telefónica Movistar Ecuador and BellSouth in Peru and Ecuador, managing substantial teams and budgets while driving technological innovation and operational efficiencies. Zuloaga Lozada holds a Telecommunication degree and a Civil Engineering degree from Universidad de Los Andes.
