Jordan Ayrey

Jordan Ayrey is currently the SME Distribution Director at AXA Health and serves on the Executive Committee of the amii Association of Medical Insurers and Intermediaries. With extensive experience at Bupa from April 2013 to November 2025, Jordan held several roles including Head of Consumer Intermediary, where responsibilities included managing Business Development and Account Managers within the Consumer Intermediary channel. Jordan also worked as a Business Development Manager focused on Intermediary Sales. Academic qualifications include a Team Leader fCMgr degree from the Chartered Management Institute, an IF7 certification from the Chartered Insurance Institute, a PgDip in Entrepreneurial Practice, and a BA in Business Economics from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
