Bernard Lee

Bernard Lee is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience in various management roles. Currently serving as Senior HR Innovation Manager at AXA Korea since August 2022, Bernard specializes in HR policies and systems, human capital and labor conditions, employee relations, and talent management. Prior to this role, Bernard held positions at CHANEL as Talent and Learning Manager, at AXA Direct Korea as Organizational Development Manager, and at Takeda in a similar capacity. Earlier experience includes serving as HR Manager at KyungNong Chemical and Manager at the KMA Korea Management Association, focusing on HR consulting and business development. Bernard began the career as a researcher at the Central Employment Information Agency. Bernard holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Yonsei University, earned between 1994 and 2001.
