Martina Aloui

Martina Aloui is an experienced operations executive currently serving as Chief Operations Officer for AXA Partners Central & Eastern Europe since June 2023. Prior to this role, Martina held various positions at OKIN Process from April 2014 to May 2023, including Chief Operating Officer, Executive Director, Director of Operations, and Department Manager. Martina's career began at RPG Služby, where the role of office manager was undertaken from May 2007 to April 2010, and included earlier experience as Secretary of the General Manager at Bekaert from May 2004 to April 2007. Educationally, Martina attended Obchodní akademie v Orlové from 1994 to 1999, laying a strong foundation for a successful career in operations management.
