Michelle Chia is a seasoned insurance professional with extensive experience in underwriting and leadership roles. Currently serving as the Chief Underwriting Officer at AXA XL, Michelle has previously held significant positions at Zurich North America, including Head of Professional Liability and Cyber as well as Vice President for SPEO. Additionally, Michelle co-founded and co-hosts the Four of a Kind Podcast, showcasing a commitment to industry knowledge sharing.
