Kathrin Heydt

Kathrin Heydt is currently working at AXA as the Head of HR Business Partner and Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. Kathrin also holds a position as Fachliche Projektleitung Talent Acquisition and HRIS at AXA Deutschland. Kathrin previously worked as an Executive Assistant to the CHRO at AXA. Kathrin has experience as a Stipendiatin at People Experience Operations and as a Praktikantin at the Sozialpädiatrisches Zentrum Mechernich. Kathrin studied Psychology at the University of Cologne for their Master of Science degree, at FernUniversität in Hagen for their Bachelor of Science degree, and at Staatliche Hochschule für Musik and Darstellende Kunst Mannheim for their Bachelor of Arts degree in Tanz / Tanzpädagogik.
