Shradha Patel

Shradha Patel is an experienced compliance professional with a strong background in regulatory liaison and risk management. Currently serving as the Head of Regulatory Liaison for UK Compliance & Financial Crime at AXA since October 2021, Shradha has previously held multiple roles at RSA from February 2015 to September 2021, including Compliance Lead and Head of Customer & Conduct, Claims. Prior to RSA, Shradha worked as a Policy Adviser at the Association of British Insurers and Postwatch, and as a Monitoring Consultant at ePolitixPlus. Shradha holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Politics and Contemporary History from Brunel University London, earned between 2000 and 2004.
