Noah Perelli

Noah Perelli, CPA, is a Senior Revenue Accountant at Axcelis Technologies since February 2023. Prior to this role, Noah served as a Tax Consultant II at Deloitte from August 2021 to February 2023, specializing in tax credit qualifications and estimates for R&D and Employee Retention Tax Credits within the Global Investments and Innovation Incentives group. Noah also worked as a Tax Consultant in the Business Tax Services group, focusing on tax consulting and compliance for various industries. Earlier experience includes a Tax Intern position at Deloitte in June 2019. Noah holds a Master of Science in Accounting from Fairfield University (2020-2021) and a Bachelor’s degree from the same institution (2016-2020), with additional studies at Florence University of the Arts in early 2019 and a high school diploma from Merrimack Valley High School (2012-2016).
