Dan Kirby is the SVP of Strategic Operations at Axcella. Dan Kirby has over 18 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry. Dan Kirby has held various leadership positions in Clinical Operations, Project Management, and Quality Control. Dan Kirby began their career in the pharmaceutical industry as a Project Manager at Medifacts International and has since held positions of increasing responsibility at AMAG Pharmaceuticals, Seqirus, and Sanofi Pasteur.

Dan Kirby has a degree in physician assistant sciences from Saint Francis University. Dan is currently working as a physician assistant in a hospital.
