Hector Garcia

Hector Garcia has over 22 years of work experience in various roles, primarily in the legal and real estate industry. Hector is currently working as a Senior Real Estate Expansion Advisor at Numa since December 2021. Before that, they served as the Expansion - Business Development Director at AXEL HOTELS from March 2016 onwards. From November 2014 to November 2015, they were the Head of Expansion at Desigual.

Hector also has experience working as the Real Estate & Expansion Director at Bershka - INDITEX from April 2011 to October 2014. Prior to that, they worked as the Legal Manager at the National Geographic Retail Store from January 2010 to April 2011.

Earlier in their career, Hector served as a Company Lawyer at SNS Property Finance BV, a Senior Legal Counsel at Grupo Hotusa - EUROSTARS HOTELS, and a Senior Legal Counsel at INDITEX. Hector also worked as a Lawyer at Cores y García Pedrerol, ABOGADOS.

Hector Garcia obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a focus on Taxation and Accountancy from Universitat de Barcelona between 1995 and 2002. In addition, they pursued an LL.M. in European Business Law through the Pallas Programme at Radboud University from 1998 to 1999. Before that, they completed their undergraduate studies in Law, specializing in Taxation, at Universitat Abat Oliba CEU from 1993 to 1998. Hector also attended Pare Manyanet High School from 1978 to 1992.

Furthermore, Hector Garcia holds certifications as a Capitán de Yate (Yachtmaster Ocean) granted by the Government of Spain in December 2019, and as an Abogado (Spanish Lawyer) obtained from the Il·lustre Col·legi de l'Advocacia de Barcelona (ICAB) in October 1999.
