Ramy Khattab has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Ramy began their career as a Senior Assistant at CRM Department in Jotun, where they guided employees and ensured that customers received prompt service. Ramy then transitioned into the retail sector, starting as a Store Manager at Montblanc, where their responsibilities included identifying sales opportunities, managing stock levels, and analyzing consumer buying patterns. Ramy then moved on to Marks and Spencer as a Store Commercial Manager, where they were in charge of setting and reviewing commercial targets, ensuring high service standards, and identifying commercial opportunities. Ramy further expanded their expertise in the retail industry as an Egypt Expansion and Business Development Executive at DeFacto and as a 1st Store Manager at LC Waikiki. Currently, Ramy serves as the Expansion & Business Development Director for Decathlon Egypt and Africa, responsible for country vision, opening new stores, and conducting feasibility studies.
