Eva Albrecht

Eva Albrecht has a diverse work experience spanning across different companies and roles. Eva started their career at Bertelsmann, where they had internships and trainee positions from 2004 to 2006. After that, they joined interpool Personal GmbH as a Consultant & Trainer in 2007 and later became the Managing Director, a position they held until 2015. In 2015, they joined Axel Springer as a Talent Managerin and worked in this role until 2018. From 2018 to 2023, they served as the Senior Manager Leadership & Executive Development at People & Culture in Axel Springer. Currently, they hold the position of Head of People & Culture Holding at Axel Springer.

Eva Albrecht completed their Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Kulturwissenschaften, with a major in Business/HR, from Leuphana Universität Lüneburg between 2001 and 2007. Additionally, they pursued Cultural Studies at Växjö University from 2003 to 2004.
