Lorena Happe

Lorena Happe has a comprehensive work experience. Lorena started their career at Schmidts TIVOLI GmbH in 2015, where they worked in event management and marketing. Lorena was responsible for organizing events and managing projects such as participating in the ADAC Tourismuspreis competition. In 2018, they joined Arvato Supply Chain Solutions as part of the project management and training team. Lorena then transitioned to Axel Springer in 2021, where they initially worked in employer branding and internal communications. Lorena later served as the Chief of Staff to the Board of Directors in the BILD Group before taking on their current role as the Chief of Staff to the Managing Director of the BILD Group and Media Impact.

Lorena Happe completed their education as follows:

- From 2018 to 2021, they attended the International School of Management in Germany and obtained a Master of Science degree in International Management.

- In 2019, they briefly attended the University of the Sunshine Coast, pursuing a Master of Management degree.

- Prior to that, from 2014 to 2017, they studied at Fachhochschule des Mittelstandes Bielefeld and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Medienmanagement with a focus on Eventmanagement & Entertainment.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Lorena Happe has also obtained several certifications, including "Texten für PR und Unternehmenskommunikation" from Haufe Akademie (in 2022), "Adobe InDesign" from PC-COLLEGE Training GmbH (in 2021), "Sprecher-Intensivkurs" from Sprecher-Akademie (in 2020), and "Englisch-Intensivkurs" from EF Education First (in 2017).
