Moritz Minkus has had a diverse range of work experiences, starting in 2008 with an internship at JP Morgan in investment banking. Moritz then interned at Crédit Agricole CIB in private equity in 2009. In 2010, Moritz interned at Arthur D. Little in management consulting. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as the chief of staff to the managing director of sales at Axel Springer SE. Moritz then joined Media Impact GmbH & Co. KG as a senior sales manager from 2013 to 2016, handling national and international sales. Moritz was the managing director of sales at Celepedia.de (Room49 GmbH) / Axel Springer SE from 2016 to 2017. After that, they worked at Retail Media Group (a CECONOMY company) as the director of strategy and head of industry sales. Moritz joined OneFootball in 2018 and held multiple senior director sales roles until 2023, including overseeing DACH, LatAm, MENA, and APAC regions. In 2023, they joined Axel Springer as the VP of Global Advertising.

Moritz Minkus completed their education in the field of Business Administration and International Management, Finance and Strategy. From 2003 to 2007, they attended Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and earned their Vordiplom (BSc equivalent) and Main Studies in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Entrepreneurship, and Economic History. Moritz then went on to complete their Master of Science (MSc) degree at ESCP Business School from 2007 to 2010.
