Marion Hubaydulin has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Starting in 2011 as a Student Assistant at Axel Springer Media Impact Dienstleistungs-GmbH, they then worked as a Project Assistant at Axel Springer Media Impact GmbH & Co. KG. Marion later became a Junior Manager in Marketing Agency Management at the same company before joining in 2015 as a Marketing Manager in Agency Management. From 2015 to 2017, Marion worked as an Executive Assistant to the CFO/COO and then as an Executive Assistant to the Chairman of the Management Board at Media Impact GmbH & Co. KG. In 2018, they joined Media Impact as a Project Manager in Sales Digital, and subsequently served as the Head of Sales Service. Marion took on additional responsibilities and became the Head of Business Systems & IT Projects in 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Global Advertising CRM at Axel Springer as of April 2023.

Marion Hubaydulin earned a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Media Management from Mediadesign University of Applied Sciences in 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Business Management from the University of Sunderland in 2010. Marion also holds an EMA Diploma in Tourism and Event Management from EBC Hochschule Düsseldorf, which they obtained in 2009. Marion has additional certifications including the IATA/UFTAA International Travel & Tourism Foundation Diploma and the Certificado Básico de Español del Turismo from Cámara oficial de comercio e industria de Madrid. Marion has also completed the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) through the British Council.
