Sandra Subel

Sandra Subel has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Sandra is currently working as the Global Head of D&I Strategy at Axel Springer SE, where they are responsible for fostering and enabling the implementation of the D&I Strategy across the company. Prior to this, they served as the Global Head of Diversity and Inclusion, where they established the group-wide D&I agenda and designed and implemented the D&I Strategy for nine business units and the headquarters. Sandra also worked as a Senior Transformation Manager and Agile Coach for the People & Culture team at Axel Springer SE. Apart from their work at Axel Springer SE, Sandra has also worked as a Columnist and Contributor at Forbes Women Polska and as a Visiting Lecturer at the Executive MBA Poznań-Atlanta PUEB-GSU.
