Robert Stroh MBA

Robert Stroh MBA has extensive experience in the IT industry, having served in various roles since the late 1990s. Robert currently works at Axellio Inc. as the Director of Professional Services and Product Support, where they lead and drives the professional services and support teams. Robert manages a large government contract, directs day-to-day activities, works closely with sales and technical presales, and maintains strong customer relationships. Prior to joining Axellio, they served at NICE Ltd, where they held several roles, including America APA Services Manager, Senior Manager of Advanced Process Automation, and Senior Engineer. Robert led various real-time projects, managed project resources and allocations, and provided customers with successful solutions. Before NICE, they were an Applications Developer III at MCI-Worldcom, where they conducted analysis of internal applications, reengineered processes, and implemented internal email capturing and queuing applications. Robert started their career at NDC-HIS as a Programmer/Analyst, where they improved overall department efficiency by over 33% and served as a shift leader, responsible for employee training, development, production, and quality control.

Robert Stroh MBA received their Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University between 1996-1999. Later on, from 2004-2005, they earned their Masters of Business Administration with a focus on Technology Management from the University of Phoenix. Additionally, Robert has obtained various certifications from LinkedIn in the years 2020, including Master Advanced Excel Data & Analytics Skills, Artificial Intelligence Foundations: Thinking Machines, Cognitive Technologies: The Real Opportunities for Business, Excel VBA: Managing Files and Data, and Robotic Process Automation: Tech Primer.
