Brian Minton has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Brian started their career at Mighty Taco as a Restaurant Crew Member, where they provided excellent customer service, trained new staff, and earned the Mighty Star of the Quarter award. Brian then worked as a Teaching Assistant at SUNY Geneseo, assisting with academic responsibilities. Brian also worked at Instacart as a Personal Shopper and Delivery Driver, ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining a high customer satisfaction rate. At Cricket's Coffee Company, they served as a Barista, delivering high-quality coffee while training new baristas. Currently, they work at Axelon Services Corporation, starting as a Recruiter and now as an Account Manager. In their role as a Recruiter, they were responsible for full lifecycle recruitment for multiple clients and various positions. Brian sourced candidates, onboarded new hires, and verified employment documents. Overall, Brian has demonstrated their ability to adapt to different work environments and excel in customer-oriented roles while also gaining experience in recruitment and account management.
